Job Role Responsibilities
* Carrying out all aspects of personal care – help with getting in and out of bed, washing, bathing, dressing and help going to the toilet.
* Assisting and administering medication – with appropriate training.
* Accurate and detailed record keeping whilst ensuring both staff and patient confidentiality.
* Maintaining great communication within the home, a vital part of what helps us to deliver the best standard of care possible.
* To confidently speak with family members, friends and professional bodies with the resident's needs as a first priority.
* Working as part of a team and on your own initiative.
* To act as an ambassador for the home.
Requirements
* First and foremost, you need to be a friendly, caring and patient person who has the desire to help people.
* Experience preferred, however not essential.
