Role Overview As a Polisher/Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, polishing, and painting surfaces to a high standard. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. This is a tempoary role working 40 hours a week. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming Apply paint coatings using spray equipment or manual methods Polish and finish surfaces to achieve a smooth, high-quality result Inspect finished work for defects and ensure quality standards are met Mix paints and coatings to required specifications Maintain tools, spray booths, and work areas in safe, clean condition Follow health & safety procedures at all times Requirements Previous experience in polishing, painting, or surface finishing Knowledge of spray painting techniques and materials Good attention to detail and ability to work to high standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of workplace safety practices
