Salary: £34,398 – £46,839 (dependent on experience)

A friendly, community-centred primary school in Bushey is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join their team in January 2026. About the Role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll lead a dynamic, engaging classroom where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow. You’ll design and deliver creative, hands-on lessons that follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, while supporting each child’s individual learning path.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
* Observe and assess pupil progress, tracking key developmental milestones
* Create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
* Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and colleagues to promote holistic learning
* Maintain open, positive communication with families
* Contribute to wider school life and enrichment opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – EYFS specialism is highly desirable
* Previous experience in an Early Years or nursery setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS statutory framework and child development
* A creative, energetic approach with a nurturing and patient attitude
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
