Duties
* Overseeing daily operations of multiple parts departments at 10 locations across Sussex, Surrey, and Hampshire
* Managing and motivating a team of parts department staff across different franchises
* Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service standards are maintained
* Achieving sales targets and enhancing profit margins as a Group Parts Manager
* Implementing effective stock control procedures and managing budgets efficiently
* Building and developing strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to maximise parts supply and availability
* Monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports for senior management
* Developing and executing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Group Parts Manager within a dealership environment
* Demonstrable management experience overseeing multiple sites or locations
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong organisational, leadership, and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Knowledge of main dealership parts operations is highly desirable
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
