The Role
* You will support and advise older and vulnerable individuals, their families and carers on a range of legal issues.
* Manage your own caseload with a focus on high quality, client centered service.
* Support business development efforts, both internally and externally, including cross selling and networking.
* Help to mentor and support junior colleagues within the team.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with between 3:6 years PQE gained with another leading firm.
* Previous experience of court of protection matters is essential.
* STEP qualification is advantageous.
* Excellent relationship building and client care skills.
* A proactive, organised, and detail oriented approach.
* You will work well within a team environment as well as independently.
