Temporary Customer Services Administrator
£12.60 per hour + Holiday Pay
Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes
Starting on Tuesday 14th October 2025 until 30th January 2026

We are on the hunt for a number of Customer Services Administrators to become key players in our clients fast-paced, people-focused customer service team. In this dynamic role, you will be responding to enquiries coming in via email, ensuring every query is answered with care and accuracy.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Providing first-class support to customers via email - no phones, just polished, professional responses.
* Ensuring every order, query, and interaction is handled on time and to an exceptional standard.
* Managing supplier back-order reports and liaising with external partners to keep products flowing smoothly.
* Supporting campaigns through order processing, tracking, and fulfilment.
* Collaborating with internal teams to keep customers smiling and service levels sky-high.
To be a successful Customer Services Administrator you must:
* Bring experience in customer service, or client servicing - you know what good service looks like, and you deliver it.
* Be a natural organiser with strong admin and database skills.
* Love solving problems, staying ahead of deadlines, and jumping into new tasks with enthusiasm.
* Demonstrate unmatched attention to detail - you're the kind of person who dots every 'i' and crosses every 't'.
* Thrive in a collaborative environment, but you are just as comfortable taking initiative and running with a task solo.
* Have excellent written communication skills, as this role is email-only.
* Possess a strong sense of urgency and ownership - you don’t let things slip.
* Have attained GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Show a professional, positive approach with a desire to learn and grow.
* Exhibit a flexible mindset - this is a seasonal role and some weeks are busier than others.
