The business has built its success on quality service, long-term relationships, and consistent growth, and is now expanding its property management team to support a significant pipeline of new instructions.


They are looking to appoint a Trainee Block Manager in their Leeds office, a key hire designed to support senior team members and create capacity for further growth. This Trainee Block Manager role is a genuine entry point into block/property management within a structured, professional environment.

The Package


* £28k basic + £3k car allowance (Package £31k, might go higher for the right experience)
* Working hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

The Trainee Block Manager Role


This is a development role where you will be trained to manage a residential portfolio over time, working closely with experienced property managers.

* Supporting the management of a residential property portfolio
* Assisting with communication between landlords, leaseholders, and directors
* Coordinating maintenance and contractor instructions
* Handling day-to-day queries and administrative tasks
* Learning compliance, legislation, and best practice within block management
* Gradually taking on more responsibility as your experience grows


Full training will be provided, you do not need prior block management experience. This is an ideal opportunity to build a long-term career in a specialist area of property.


The Person


* Experience in the Property sector (essential)
* Lettings, Property management or residential sales experience (preferred)
* Strong customer service or administrative roles within property
* Early to mid-stage in your career but with some professional experience
* Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
* Organised, reliable, and keen to learn
* Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment
* Professional in your approach with a strong work ethic
* Looking for a long-term career, not just a short-term role
* Ongoing industry related qualifications and training covered
