Responsibilities
1. Establish a data governance framework for Global Operations, aligned with the broader enterprise
2. Mobilize and lead a small, cross-functional team of subject-matter experts from both business and technology backgrounds
3. Create, maintain, and execute a roadmap of pragmatic improvements in roles, processes, policies and tools
4. Enable the organization to drive rapid improvements in Master Data quality to support ongoing ERP transformation activities
5. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement as it relates to data
6. Collaborate with stakeholders outside of Global Operations to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise, ., with respect to master data management, enterprise IT systems, etc.
7. Develop and attract best-in-class talent
Qualifications
8. 7+ years progressive experience in data governance within supply chain and manufacturing environments
9. 5+ years experience with SAP (., SAP ECC, APO and S/4 Hana) and SAP master data management, including large ERP transformation programs
10. Proven ability to establish data governance from the ground up
11. Experience leading cross-functional teams
12. Solid project management skills, experience managing global, multi-functional projects
13. Strong influencing skills, proven ability to work across organizational boundaries motivating change and harmonization across a global organization
14. Results oriented mindset, operates with high sense of urgency
15. Proven track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers and delivering results ahead of schedule
