Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission

What Youll Be Doing:
Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to placement and client management.
Utilise ATS and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application process.
Proactively developing new business opportunities with clients across your given industry.
Building strong relationships with candidates and guiding them through the recruitment journey
Writing and posting engaging job adverts across various platforms
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in recruitment.
Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both on the phone and in person
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive setting
