Description
Provide support to the Finance Department by managing daily accounting tasks
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and produce monthly reports
Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Participate in financial audits and coordinate internal controls
Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures
Prepare VAT returns and reconcile balance sheet accounts
Assist with other accounting projects as neededProfile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. SAP)
Knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
Understanding of data analysis and forecasting
Excellent organisational and time management skills
