Job Summary

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the bar team, providing training and support to ensure exceptional service standards.
* Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
* Develop innovative drink menus and ensure all beverages are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to create harmonious pairings between food and drink offerings.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety practices.
* Monitor customer satisfaction, address any concerns promptly, and implement strategies for improvement.
* Manage financial aspects of the bar, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting on sales performance.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development within the bar staff.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a bartending role with a strong understanding of mixology and beverage trends.
* Previous leadership experience in a hospitality setting is essential; experience in hotel or restaurant management is preferred.
