The Role
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Night Porter to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be the main point of contact for guests overnight and will ensure the safety, security, and smooth running of the hotel during night hours. The role will be four nights on shift and ten nights off.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming late arrivals and assisting with guest check-ins/check-outs
* Ensuring the security of the premises throughout the night
* Conducting regular building checks
* Handling guest queries and requests promptly and professionally
* Light cleaning duties and setting up public areas for the morning
* Preparing basic reports for the morning management team
* Assisting with early morning breakfast setup
What We're Looking For
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
* Calm and confident working independently
* Friendly and professional manner
* Good communication skills
* Basic IT skills (experience with booking systems an advantage)
* Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not essential
