Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements: SC cleared is a MUST for this role. Experience with UAT and business testing. Experience working within a Legal/Finance/Insurance Industry is preferred. Any testing certifications (Ex: ISTQB, CMST). Experience working with Non-automation/Manual testing practices. Ability to manage a team, oversee testing activities, and ensure quality standards are met. Proficient in Agile delivery methods, including Kanban and Scrum boards. Responsibilities: Manage a team of 5 testers and oversee triage operations. Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for large-scale programs. Define, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategy documentation across multiple projects. Plan, coordinate, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Non-Functional Testing, and Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT). Drive test execution, defect management, and reporting across multiple workstreams. Design and deliver detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for major network transformation projects. Conduct daily ticket queue checks, including triage and updates. Manage and track all testing activities to ensure visibility and timely delivery. Prepare and present test progress reports, metrics, and risk assessments to senior stakeholders.
