Your Role
At Kuehne+Nagel, we believe in growing and developing our colleagues. Following an internal promotion, we are now looking to recruit a QSHE Advisor to join our compliance team and embark on an exciting journey with us.As a QSHE Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to advise and ensure QSHE compliance within our Government and defence contract based in Telford. This role offers additional exposure to other site locations, including monthly visits to our Bicester site (with potential for increased frequency as needed).
Your Responsibilities
* Conduct QSHE Audits and Inspections to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and contractual requirements.
* Provide guidance and support to the operation on Quality matters.
* Collaborate with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
* To assure all warehouse and compliance activity is conducted in accordance with specific procedures and processes
* ConductInternal ISO9001:2015 Audits in line with internal audit schedule
* Review audit findings to determine trend and any need to conduct targeted audits
* Workwith the Operational teams on Performance and Compliance standards using allrequired legislation
* Monitor Audit Findings to ensure completion to target dates set, including following the audit escalation process.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Understanding of QSHE processes, requirements and formats and compliance to ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 – Desirable
* Experienced auditor (preferably a lead auditor) - Desirable
* Willingness to attend Internal & Lead Auditors Course – Essential
* Experience in a quality assurance function - Essential
* Analytical / Report writing.
* Be able to interrogate data and compile relevant statistics
