Training Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the industry, is super organised and has an exceptional knowledge of pubs to get into a diverse support role within an innovative family run pub company.
Currently with 29 managed houses located in the North West, but with plans for rapid expansion in the next 2 years, we are looking for someone who can help us train and develop talent for our ever growing estate. Reporting to the Head of People Development, each day will be different and present new and exciting challenges.
This is a great opportunity for someone in a junior management role within hospitality who is looking for a new direction. This full time role will require you to work across our managed pub estate, undertaking staff development and assisting each of the General Managers with running their respective businesses.
Experienced in in-house training – you will be responsible for developing courses and delivering training to our teams in a variety of areas, driving the customer satisfaction agenda at all times. As a key member of our support team you will play a vital role to ensure that our people are the best they can possibly be.
The successful candidate will be passionate, extremely organised with great computer and presentation skills and a strong independent worker. You will need be based in the North West and have a full driving license and your own transport as the role will involve frequent travel across the estate.
If you have a friendly outlook and a strong knowledge of hospitality then we want to hear from you! Experience within the pub industry is a pre-requisite for this role.
