Production Line Leader– Food Manufacturing
Location: Evesham, WR11
Possible Working Hours:
1. AM Shift
2. PM Shift
Pay Rate:
3. Starting from £13.63 (reviewed after 12 weeks)
4. £20.45 per hour – Overtime after 40 hours
5. £27.26 per hour – Weekend overtime and bank holidays

As a Production Line Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations on the production floor. You’ll lead a team of up to 30 staff, ensuring that daily targets are met while upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. Key Responsibilities
6. Coordinate daily production operations across multiple shifts
7. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of up to 30 production staff
8. Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet targets
9. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
10. Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
11. Train and mentor new and existing staff to ensure skill development
12. Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimise downtime
13. Maintain accurate records of production output, staff attendance, and incidents
14. Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
15. Support machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed
16. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Requirements
17. Minimum 1 year experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role
18. Proven background in food production or manufacturing
19. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
20. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
