Job Summary
Aquatics GB, the organisation that oversees aquatics sports in Great Britain – Swimming, ParaSwimming, Diving, Artistic Swimming and Water Polo – is seeking a Fan Data and Insights Officer to build a thorough understanding of the aquatics fanbase supporting the organisation's marketing and commercial development.
Responsibilities
* Build a thorough understanding of and access to the aquatics fanbase supporting the growth strategy for the organisation's marketing and commercial development.
* Work within the Business Development Team and wider Growth Department reporting into the Business Development Manager.
* Handle data and analytical review, manage databases, and turn data sets into strategic insights.
Qualifications
* Previous experience handling data and analytical review, managing databases, and turning data sets into strategic insights.
* Creative, enthusiastic, self‑starting, collaborative team member.
* Excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills with ability to manage and prioritise workloads while meeting deadlines.
* Desirable experience of marketing campaign creation, targeted content distribution and understanding of CRM systems.
Work Conditions
Location: Aquatics GB office/centre. Full‑time permanent contract. Salary £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Must have right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
