Integrated Neighbourhoods Project Manager
The Integrated Neighbourhoods Project Manager will provide transformation support and project management to help develop Integrated Neighbourhoods and build relationships between organisations.
Job type: short‑term contract up to 12 months; secondments or fixed‑term contract.

Main duties of the job
* Provide transformation support and project management for the Integrated Neighbourhoods programme.
* Review population health data and support public engagement to determine local needs and how citizens can shape the improvement of their health and care support.
* Support service redesign and delivery of specific projects within the Integrated Neighbourhood, particularly around long‑term conditions and health inequalities.
* Build relationships and bring partners and communities together to create a shared vision, priorities and make positive changes to how community health & wellbeing is supported.
* Work closely with clinical leaders, primary care, the acute sector, community services, health commissioners, local leaders, local authorities, voluntary and community organisations, and the public to support the development of the service design.
* May line‑manage project support officers and work collaboratively with other Integrated Neighbourhood Project and Programme Managers.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Degree level education with further training to postgraduate diploma level or equivalent professional experience.
* Management qualification.
Experience
* Evidence of successful delivery of an organisation‑wide project in a service improvement role.
* Experience of planning organisational resources to support programme/project implementation.
* Business and service planning experience.
* Experience of change management.
* Service redesign with a health or social care environment.
* Experience of Cambridgeshire/Peterborough health and care system.
Knowledge
* Commissioning, Acute and Community Services.
* NHS governance.
* Payment mechanisms between organisations (PbR, QIPP, QOF).
Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to foster good working relationships, motivate others, and use influencing and negotiating skills.
* Ability to obtain, analyse and interpret complex data and present it to others through slides/documents.
* Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to prioritise and respond flexibly to frequently changing demands.
* Skilled in business process and redesign of services.
* Understanding of NHS change agenda, tools and techniques.
* Understanding of NHS information systems.
* Understanding of Clinical Audit methodology.
* Ability to travel within the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area.
