With one of the busiest events programmes in the region, Conwy County plays host to local, national and international events and for more than a decade Conwy County Borough Council has been committed to supporting a vibrant, year round events calendar.
Events enrich the cultural life of the county, encourage participation by residents and visitors alike and support the economy and our communities.
Does this sound like it might be the challenge you are looking for?
We are looking to recruit a Trainee Cultural Events Assistant to join a small, skilled and dedicated team supporting this wide and varied programme of events.
In this role you'll:
* Be a key part of the team delivering the council's own events and supporting countywide
events.
* Gain 'on the job' experience and training in the events industry.
If you are keen to turn a passion into a career and gain experience in the event industry, have great organisation and communication skills and want to learn what it takes to put an event together you might be our candidate.
If you also get that buzz from seeing your meticulous
planning drop into place for a successful event, we would love to hear from you
