GSL Education are seeking a passionate Drama Teacher to work in schools across Rotherham (S65, S66), delivering engaging lessons that encourage creativity, collaboration, and self-expression. As Drama Teacher, you will plan and deliver structured Drama lessons, supporting students in developing performance techniques, confidence, and analytical understanding of theatre within a positive and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities of Drama Teacher: Deliver well-planned Drama lessons covering performance and theatre skills Encourage participation in practical and creative activities Support learners in developing communication and teamwork skills Maintain positive behaviour and an organised classroom environment Assess pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback What we are looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification Experience teaching Drama in an educational setting Strong classroom management and organisational skills Passion for the performing arts and student development An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) If you are a committed Drama Teacher ready to inspire learners, we welcome your application.
