Overview
As the Senior Sales Consultant, you'll be a key player in the Sales team and act as the right hand to the Sales Manager. You'll be responsible for managing a strong pipeline, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and nurturing relationships with both vendors and buyers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up and take on more responsibility without the formal title of manager, perfect for someone with the drive to progress and who thrives in a premium property environment.
You will need to be confident and articulate with a proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in a fast-paced estate agency. Have the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Be highly motivated, target-driven and proactive in approach, being able to hit the ground running and handle a busy workload with ease. Valuation experience is a bonus, but not essential.
