We are currently seeking to hire a highly motivated and dedicated Group FP&A Analyst into our Global FP&A team based at our Headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.
Group FP&A Analyst (all genders)
Fulltime and permanent
Additional Locations: Abingdon or Alderley Park, UK
This is a key position within our Global FP&A organization, reporting to the Senior Vice President Global FP&A. The position is responsible for supporting global FP&A activities for Evotec Group, including, but not limited to, the global budgeting process and mid-range planning, group revenue forecasting and maintenance, and the global internal reporting framework.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the monthly update of the group revenue forecast, working closely with Business Controlling, Business Development, and Operations
2. Support the continued roll-out of Power BI for FP&A purposes
3. Support in the preparation of annual revenue budgets, rolling revenue forecasts, and mid/long-range revenue plans for Evotec Group.
4. Develop and maintain financial scenario models to evaluate the impacts of various strategies
5. Prepare monthly forecast vs actuals analysis across the Group
6. Coordinate the preparation of monthly Management Board reporting
7. Maintain and continuous improve group KPI reporting, including book to bill, utilization, and various other key Commercial and Operational metrics
Qualifications:
8. University degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
9. Significant relevant professional working experience in a similar role, ideally within life sciences / pharmaceutical sector, and/or within a public company
10. Experience of working in an international environment
11. Experience in a Group FP&A environment
12. Strong financial modelling skillset
13. Strong Power BI skills
14. Experience with IFS, SAP, and Cognos a plus
15. Business fluent in English, German a plus, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
