Location: BT28 1LP Job Title: Receptionist Salary: Scale 4, NJC Spinal Column Points 9 - 13 £27,254 - £29,064 per annum (plus employer pension contribution), (Pro-Rata) Location: Lagan Valley LeisurePlex Posts Available: 1X Part-time (20.25 & 23.75 hours per week), 1X Full-Time (37 hours per week) Hours Of Work: Please see rota's attached Duration: Permanent Deliver better lives for all, whilst enhancing your career. The postholder will be at the forefront of customer services dealing with the public at reception desk and by telephone. The duties will also include operating a computerised booking/cash system, selling tickets/issuing receipts and maintenance of information databases, directing conference delegates and other users. The post holder will assume other delegated duties relevant to the post reasonably assigned by the Senior Retail and Administration Co-ordinator including participation in the interchange of duties/location to cover annual leave/other absences.
