Job Title: Machinery Maintenance Technician

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Role Overview:
We're looking for enthusiastic technicians to join our clients growing team. If you have a passion for machinery related to arboriculture, groundcare, agriculture, or forestry, and possess technical skills in motor mechanics or similar fields, we welcome you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct inspections and maintenance of arboricultural equipment, including wood chippers, stump grinders, and compact loaders.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, recommending solutions.
3. Maintain digital records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
4. Collaborate with clients, providing expert advice and understanding their needs.
5. Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in equipment maintenance.
6. Adhere to safety protocols while working with equipment and tools.
7. Assist in inventory management and ordering spare parts.
Qualifications:
8. Experience with ground care or arboricultural equipment is preffered.
9. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs.
10. Knowledge of hydraulic systems, 12/24v electrical systems.
11. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and quality-focused.
12. Independent work ethic, efficient time management.
13. Good communication skills, customer-oriented.
14. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.
