We are looking for a qualified TA who is passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential through high-quality classroom support and targeted interventions. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and the SEND team to help pupils access the curriculum, develop independence and make strong progress academically, socially and emotionally. The role will include supporting teaching and learning within the classroom, delivering structured intervention programmes and providing tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs.
