Summary
We are seeking dedicated and personable Bartenders and Waiters to join our team at Killeavy Castle Estate just outside Newry, Co. Armagh.
This role is vital in delivering memorable experiences to our guests by providing excellent service in our elegant bar and restaurant settings. Join us in creating moments of relaxation and enjoyment for our visitors.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
* Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Manage cash transactions accurately.
* Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service.
* Assist in stock management and replenishment.
* Uphold the estate's high standards of hospitality at all times.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as a bartender or in hospitality preferred.
* Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions.
* Time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
* A friendly attitude and team spirit.
