As a Lifeguard at our gym, you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records. You should have enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills. Like us, you're passionate about excellent customer care and are a team player.
Responsibilities:
1. Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room.
2. Be attentive and alert at all times.
3. Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment.
4. Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
5. Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents promptly.
6. Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed consistently.
