Quantity Surveyor & Senior Quantity Surveyor - Manchester

The Role:
As part of a well‑established infrastructure team, you'll take ownership of projects from feasibility through to final account. Working within an NEC environment, you'll be responsible for cost management, procurement, contract administration, and supporting key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver end‑to‑end cost management across major infrastructure projects.
* Administer NEC contracts and support commercial decision‑making.
* Produce accurate cost reports, valuations, and forecasts.
* Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Mentor junior team members (for the Senior QS position).
About You:
* Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
* Experience within infrastructure sectors (rail, utilities, highways, aviation, etc.).
* Strong understanding of NEC contracts.
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
* Ambitious, detail‑driven, and passionate about delivering high‑quality outcomes.
