RG Consultancy are working with an excellent company based in Preston who are looking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to their team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this Accounts Assistant role will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts duties across sales and purchase ledger as well as month-end support for the Finance Manager.
Duties include:
* Purchase ledger - processing invoices, dealing with supplier queries, supplier statement reconciliations, payment runs.
* Sales ledger - raising invoices, allocating payments, dealing with customer queries.
* Bank reconciliations
* Staff expenses
* Month end support
* Ad hoc tasks as required by the Finance Manager
This Accounts Assistant role would be ideal for someone with experience with all round accounts. The company are able to offer study support for the right candidate.
