In this role, you will support offshore marine construction activities by managing specific sections, coordinating operations, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with safety, health, quality, and environmental standards. * Coordinating marine construction activities to meet technical and schedule requirements
* Conducting inspections and quality checks, contributing to audits and handover documentation
* Tracking site performance, maintaining work plans, and reporting progress
* Acting as a key offshore interface with vessel crews, support teams, and stakeholders
* Supporting risk and issue management to ensure safe and effective delivery
Requirements
* Proven experience in offshore or marine civil engineering or related fields
* Strong understanding of safe systems of work in offshore environments
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
