A follow‑up inspection has been completed, and while early feedback suggests the rating will remain at RI, the building blocks are in place it now needs the right leader to take it forward. You'll work closely with the Regional Director and Group Quality Team to deliver measurable, sustainable change clinically, commercially, and culturally.
What you'll do:
* Take full operational leadership for Windmill Lodge, ensuring robust clinical governance and safeguarding at all times.
* Design and deliver a turnaround strategy that drives regulatory improvement and rebuilds external confidence.
* Reignite partnerships with local authorities, CCGs, and health professionals, restoring referral pathways and occupancy.
* Inspire and unite your team cultivating accountability, pride, and shared purpose.
* Champion marketing and reputation‑building initiatives to position the home as the provider of choice in the region.
* Shape and deliver your vision of a sector‑leading care village, bringing innovation and compassion together.

Turnaround Home Manager – Contract details
* Salary up to £95,000 per annum (DOE).
* Annual KPI‑based bonus of 40% – rewarding occupancy growth, operational excellence, and quality outcomes.
* £10,000 Welcome Bonus paid in two instalments (half upon successful completion of probation and half after one year).
