Key responsibilities include: Delivering personalised support to students, ensuring a secure and positive learning environment. Building strong, trusting relationships to help students feel understood and valued. Implementing tailored learning strategies to meet each child’s unique needs. Responding calmly and effectively to challenging situations, prioritising student well-being. Acting as a positive role model, promoting empathy, patience, and respect. Collaborating with teachers and staff to develop comprehensive support plans. Motivating and encouraging students to engage in learning and overcome barriers.
