In this role you will be employed working for our subsidiary WBC Valuations as a RICS accredited Valuations surveyor.

Role Description
We are seeking a RICS Surveyor and registered Property Valuer to conduct high-quality property valuations and deliver other related surveying services. You will work in close contact with our MRICS WBC Valuation manager to provide expert valuations. Key responsibilities include valuing residential and commercial properties, inspecting buildings for structural and environmental issues, and producing detailed reports.
The main body of work will be RICS red book type valuations, some homebuyers or full building surveys may be required if the applicant has the relevant experience but this is not essential.
The individual will be expected to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate report delivery. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cheltenham, Bristol or Bath with flexible opportunities to work from home.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Tvaluations
* PMRICS or AssocRICS
* RICS registered property valuer
* Experience in Building Surveying, with an eye for detail and accuracy in reporting.
* Solid background in general Surveying principles and practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and to meet deadlines, whilst being self sufficient.
