Large restaurant chain with multiple brands within. This role is partnering with one brand/chain across Manchester and London with the head office sitting in London.
Job Description
3. Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
4. Support employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace culture.
5. Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
6. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
7. Provide guidance on performance management and career development initiatives.
8. Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and propose solutions for improvement.
9. Manage change initiatives and support organisational transformation efforts.
10. Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters to stakeholders and employees.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
11. Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally within the Retail or hospitality
12. Must have used Workday
13. Happy working onsite 5 days a week
14. Can start at short notice
15. A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
16. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
17. The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
18. A proactive and adaptable approach to managing HR challenges.
19. Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
