Job Title: Process Operator
Location: Carmarthen
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week
Reporting to: Production Manager
What will you do?
The role will entail the manufacture of animal feed through a series of processes to a high standard whilst maintaining high safety, hygiene & efficiency standards. The successful candidate for this role will be required to work shifts.
Tasks and responsibilities as a Shift Operator:
* Run the blending/pelleting and master weigh process in an efficient manner to deliver the production plan on time.
* Communicate all issue/delays against the plan to colleagues and other departments.
* Maintain the routine machine maintenance and cleaning schedules.
* Optimise utilisation of finished product bin space.
* Maintain site processes/standards in line with the UFAS code of practice.
* Participate in the Tier accountability process and update the daily vis board.
Your CV shows:
* Experience working with process control systems (Desirable)
* Counter balance FLT licence. (Desirable)
* Computer literacy.
* Must be able to work alone or as part of a team.
