Quarriers is recruiting a full time Head Injury Service Lead to manage and develop our Renfrewshire Head Injury Service which offers support to people and families affected by head injury.
As the service leader, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of individuals and providing information, guidance, and support where necessary while ensuring service provision is delivered to the highest standard.
You will manage two Project Workers who will support people in their journey and work as a team partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Working pattern: This is a full time, permanent role offering 35 hours per week Monday - Friday. Please note you may be required to work occasional evenings and weekends depending on service delivery needs.
What you will need to bring to the role
* Knowledge and experience of working with clients affected by an acquired brain injury.
* Previous experience in managing and supervising support staff.
* Skills to offer support, development, and training in specific areas related to recovery and awareness.
* Ability in building long-lasting positive relationships while achieving positive outcomes.
* Previous experience and skills to use relevant IT systems including spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, databases etc.
* Due to the nature of the role, a full valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
