Job Title: Technology Centre Assistant
Location: Ware and Broxbourne Campus - Broxbourne, HRT EN10 6AE GB (Primary)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:45 am – 5 pm
Salary: £20,175 – £20,796 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience
Holiday: 25 days per annum pro rata (incorporated in salary payment)

About The Role
The Learning Technology Centre Assistant will support the full range of services provided, helping students with computers, loaning and returning equipment/books/resources, and supporting online learning. The centre offers online and digital learning resources and support for students with a range of IT queries and technology needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the running of the Technology Centre under the direction of the Technology Centre Team Leader.
* Provide a welcoming service at the Technology Centre counter, building good relationships with users and resolving learners IT difficulties.
* Contribute to the development, maintenance and updating of procedures and TC standards.
* Provide basic technical support for learners with Microsoft Office/Teams/Office 365/Windows/Mac and any digital resources they require.
* Help maintain a quiet, working environment in the Technology Centre.
About You
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with a minimum of Grade C (or equivalent) in English & Maths.
* Evidence of training & personal development within a similar environment.
* Experience in providing excellent customer service.
* Excellent attention to detail.
