A reputable regional firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their established Wiltshire offices on a permanent basis. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied caseload, autonomy, and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts and IHT planning.
* Handling files from initial instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
* Providing high quality client care and acting as a trusted adviser to individuals and families.
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, referrers, executors, and associated professionals.
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with experience in Private Client work.
* Ability to manage a mixed caseload confidently and independently.
* Strong technical knowledge of core private client areas.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, empathetic approach.
* Organised, proactive, and capable of delivering a high level of service.
