What you'll be doing
* Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwash and surrounding areas within the site.
* Carrying out all washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant
* Cleaning and sterilizing counter tops, walls and sinks
* Ensuring FOH and BOH are clean and tidy
* Assisting with basic food preparation if required
* Assisting with daily and weekly deep cleans
* Assisting with deliveries and organizing them in the correct storage areas
* Removing waste from waste containers and disposing of them in the correct external bins
* Providing assistance to front of house and kitchen staff as required
Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role desirable
* Customer focused and a good communicator
* Excellent team player with a flexible approach to duties
