Our client, a growing and innovative organisation near Lymington, is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join their R&D team. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge product development used in advanced industries worldwide, within a flexible and collaborative environment. Role Overview: You'll be involved across the full product lifecycle-concept, design, testing, and final delivery-contributing to the development of both new and existing technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design of low-power analogue and digital electronic systems Schematic capture and hardware development from concept to manufacture Fault-finding and root cause analysis on existing equipment Conduct FMEA and MTBF assessments Obsolescence management and liaison with test houses Define and execute test strategies across development stages Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain technical documentation What We're Looking For: Degree-qualified in Electronics Engineering or similar Experience with system-level design and embedded system development Working knowledge of EMC compliance and certifications Use of simulation tools for design validation Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support junior engineers Package: Salary: Up to £75,000, depending on experience Hybrid: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote Opportunity to work on global high-tech...
