Registered Manager- Qualified Nurse ( preferred) in Homecare setting -Job share
We are looking for a Registered Manager to join our company who can job share preferably 20 hrs per week/or fulltime. Job share is with current registered manager, can be already registered and experienced or who is eligible and willing to complete registration.
We are looking for a someone who is a registered nurse and has either been a Domiciliary Care Manager or operated at Deputy/ Assistant Care Manager level and has been responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Domiciliary Care Branch or in a complex care service.
Duties included in this role are:
* To maintain a positive relationship with our Service users.
* Supporting the assistant care manager to ensure that the care service is managed in a safe and effective manner.
* Be responsible of efficiently addressing complaints, accident/ incidents, safeguarding matters.
* Be responsible for the implementation of service quality and compliance procedures ensuring that all issues are appropriately documented and addressed as appropriate.
* Ensure that the service is managed in line with regulations.
* Oversee internal processes, policies and procedures across the service.
* Lead by example and promote yourself as an ambassador for the business.
* Assess and analyse financial impact of day to day activities, manage them accordingly.
**** You will NOT be responsible of Payroll or Accounting matters
Key requirements:
* Already level 5 Leadership in Health and Social care qualified or willing to work towards it.
* RGN/RPN with PIN preferred

* Can effectively manage a team of office staff including deputy manager and care team to deliver highest care and maintain productivity.

* Confident, passionate and possess a "can-do" attitude.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
* Be a natural strategic thinker and provide consistent and dynamic leadership.
* Have excellent skills to mobilise a team of carers with the help of team of office staff.
* This role would have the full support of current Registered Manager and Manging Director and the Office team.
* Full driving licence and access to a car.
Desirable but not essential.
* Previous proven success and experience in a similar role over 3 yrs
* Experienced in working with children
* NVQ level 5 or 4, in Leadership in Health and Social Care.
