Overview
Join our diverse and dynamic team at Kia Newtownabbey as a Parts Advisor. This is a permanent, full-time role (44 hours per week). Working hours: 08:00–17:30 Monday to Friday, plus Saturday morning 9:00–13:00 on a rota basis. Salary and benefits include a competitive salary with bonus potential; OTE up to £30,300 DOE.

Responsibilities
* Receive all parts orders, interpret customer requirements, advise on additional requirements or prices, match orders to stock, and advise if items are not stocked or need to be ordered.
* Create customer orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and highlighting any shortages.
* Ensure orders are completed, invoiced, and dispatched as scheduled; keep customers informed of progress or problems.
* Maintain Brand image and customer service standards within the department.
* Handle customer complaints efficiently, referring unresolved issues to the Manager as needed.
* Provide courteous service to internal and external customers and suppliers, delivering exceptional service at all times.
Skills and Experience
* Sales or telesales experience; industry knowledge is advantageous.
* Automotive product knowledge and a good technical understanding of automotive maintenance are beneficial.
* Experience as a Parts Telesales Representative is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence stakeholders; commercially astute and results-driven.
