Job Title: Fully Qualified SEN TeachersLocation: TowcesterSalary: Competitive, depending on experienceStart Date: Immediate / OngoingHere at Aspire People, we are currently seeking Fully Qualified Teachers with a passion for Special Educational Needs (SEN) to work in SEN schools across the Towcester area. If you're an experienced teacher who is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that are tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN.* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure each student is supported to reach their full potential.* Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn.* Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.* Foster students' social, emotional, and academic development through targeted interventions and support.* Promote independence, confidence, and self-esteem in students with a wide range of special educational needs.* Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school leadership.Requirements:* Fully Qualified Teacher (QTS) status, with experience teaching in a school environment (experience in SEN settings is highly desirable).* Strong knowledge and understanding of SEN, including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural challenges.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.* A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.* A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to the needs of each student.* An enhanced DBS check registered to the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).Who are Aspire People?
