A fast-growing lifestyle brand is looking for a dynamic, hands‑on Art Director to lead and elevate its creative direction across campaigns, social, and eCommerce. The Role
Reporting into the Head of Brand and working alongside a consultant Creative Director, the Art Director will be responsible for bringing the brand’s creative vision to life across all channels.
This person will play a key role in shaping bold, innovative campaigns that strengthen brand identity, captivate audiences, and deliver scroll‑stopping, social‑first content.
It’s a highly creative, fast‑paced, and collaborative environment – ideal for someone who thrives on crafting beautiful visuals, leading shoots, and building brand worlds that feel elevated, relevant, and cohesive.
Key Responsibilities
* Conceptualise and deliver visually striking campaigns and content across digital, social, and eCommerce platforms.
* Lead the creative development for seasonal collections and brand moments.
* Oversee the day‑to‑day execution of creative briefs, maintaining high standards and consistent brand storytelling.
* Direct photoshoots from concept to post‑production, ensuring visual excellence and efficiency.
* Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative output aligns with tone, aesthetic, and core values.
* Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, impactful visuals.
* Champion social‑first ideas – from trend‑led TikTok and Instagram concepts to premium campaign storytelling.
* Work cross‑functionally with eCommerce and brand operations teams to maintain best‑in‑class imagery and visual standards.
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in a creative role within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle, with proven experience leading visual campaigns.
* A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating creative ideation, storytelling, and execution across digital channels.
* Confident briefing and directing photographers, videographers, and production teams.
* Expert knowledge of social‑first design and content formats.
* Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* A confident communicator who can pitch ideas, take feedback, and collaborate effectively.
* Proactive, curious, and passionate about pushing creative boundaries in a fast‑moving, social‑led brand environment.
