Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day finance operations. This role offers variety and responsibility, supporting everything from invoicing and reconciliations to project accounting and month-end processes. What You’ll Be Doing Managing project and supplier invoicing, reconciliations and project accounting records Maintaining sales records, general ledger, purchase orders, and payments in COINS Handling daily bank reconciliations and weekly supplier payment runs Managing accounts payable and receivable, resolving queries and monitoring credit limits Processing supplier, subcontractor, and employee expense invoices when required Supporting month-end and project close processes, including reconciliations and accruals Assisting with finance mailbox management and wider ad-hoc team support ✅ Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards What We’re Looking For ✅ Minimum 2 years’ purchase or sales ledger experience ✅ Minimum 2 years’ payroll experience ✅ Experience using COINS software ✅ Part AAT qualified (or working towards) ✅ Construction industry experience desirable ✅ Positive, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail Why Join Us?
