We are offering a full-time, permanent Property Manager position in Leeds, Dock Street with a salary range of £25,000 to £28,000.
Role Responsibilities
1. Manage relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure property maintenance.
2. Conduct regular property inspections, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
3. Develop strong relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
Candidate Qualities
* Experience with inventories and understanding of lettings regulations.
* Self-motivated, well-organized, with knowledge of fair wear and tear, tenant disputes, and deposit returns.
* Excellent customer care skills.
