FF&E Procurement Coordinator
Location: Chelsea, London (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Dependent Upon Experience

With a collaborative and detail-driven culture, this studio offers the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals on some of the most prestigious interiors in the market. They are now looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join their team and support the smooth delivery of complex, beautifully crafted FF&E packages.
This opportunity would be ideal for a Procurement Coordinator, FF&E Coordinator, or Interior Project Coordinator with proven experience in the high-end residential and commercial sector and is confident using Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.
Package:
* £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
* Hybrid working: 2 days WFH
* Exposure to some of the most exciting projects in the industry
* Collaborative and creative studio environment
Office:
* Chelsea based studio
* Hybrid policy of 3 days in office and working from home
* Full-time, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday
Duties:
* Review designers’ specifications and coded plans to ensure all FF&E is ordered in line with design intent
* Prepare and issue tender packages to suppliers and vendors
* Obtain and negotiate supplier quotations for standard, bespoke, and antique items
* Place orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
* Track procurement progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met
* Liaise with contractors and logistics partners to manage delivery and installation
Requirements:
* Ideally Degree Qualified (or equivalent) in Interior Design
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Proven experience delivering accurate procurement schedules and documentation in an Interior Design studio
* Experience managing FF&E procurement on high-end Hospitality or Residential projects
* Able to confidently liaise with suppliers, contractors, and client teams
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
