Job Description
Location: Unit 2 Milltown Industrial Estate, Upper Dromore Rd, Warrenpoint
This new position is based in Warrenpoint, County Down, Northern Ireland. It is an exciting opportunity to join our existing team as a Projects Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination and management of all planned preventative maintenance tasks. This includes organisation and prioritisation of work schedules, administration, and updates to the asset database, working with subcontractors, site teams and management team to ensure works are scheduled, completed and updated in line with the business requirements. Further duties include assisting the Helpdesk Coordinators with any general administration tasks and providing Helpdesk cover for planned or unplanned absences. This role will be 5 days a week 9am-5pm.

About the Role
* Be responsible for the co-ordination of all planned services within remit, detailed planning of work with project, commercial and other service delivery teams.
* Accurately record and maintain all information necessary to give accurate planning schedules, resolving client, operational and commercial queries relating to planned maintenance.
* Develop and maintain a good understanding of the CAFM system, the facilities management services provided to customers, and all relevant process and procedures to keep all PPM data up to date, this includes adding/amending assets, resources, and schedules.
* Support the delivery of periodic meetings with the team and client.

Required Criteria
* Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable)
* Computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word and Excel
* Administration qualification or demonstrable 5 years’ experience required
* Excellent demonstrable customer service
* Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner
* Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI’s are delivered
