About the Opportunity
The Decommissioning Alliance (TDA) is a strategic partnership, operating within the DNWP framework and delivering critical decommissioning work at Sellafield, including the UK’s most challenging Legacy Ponds facilities.
As a key partner within DNWP, TDA contributes to Sellafield Ltd.’s mission while ensuring communities, supply chains, and stakeholders benefit from meaningful, measurable Social Value outcomes.
TDA now have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Project Manager to lead projects associated with TDA transformation, improving delivery performance while establishing the framework, governance, and business case for a scaled transformation capability.
The role will initially span both:
1. Delivery Transformation (throughput improvement)
2. Business Transformation (capacity and structural readiness)with the objective of transitioning to a fully resourced dual-stream model over time.
As a Transformation Project Manager you will already have;
3. Strong experience as a Project Manager in complex delivery environment Proven ability to drive improvements in live delivery environments.
4. An Understanding of project controls and commercial processes (ideally NEC and including client side processes).
5. Experience in transformation / PMO environments Infrastructure / construction / nuclear background
6. Successfully implemented changes in live delivery creating a step change in programme delivery
7. Clear reporting on progress and outcomes
