To be a part of one of our ever-growing teams, you must have as a Field based Educator:
1. A NVQ Level 3 as a minimum qualification and experience of teaching, educating, coaching or assessing hairdressers in a field role.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience of colour is an absolute essential requirement.
3. Experience of building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Establish and grow strong relationships with National Account groups, salons Managers/Franchisees and stylists.
As a Field in Salon Sales Business Partner:
1. A commercial background with a proven track record (essential).
2. Commercial acumen supported by excellent negotiation skills.
3. A proven track record delivering against multiple targets.
4. Drive to achieve results.
5. Establish and grow strong relationships with National Account groups, salons Managers/Franchisees and stylists.

We can offer Field in Salon Business Partners prior training to upskill You on Your new role and product area.
A VALID DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.
